You should certainly aim for the 8-10% range, as lower body fat reduces T conversion to estrogen. Your gyno should slowly go away if you lose more fat, just make sure your on a caloric deficit.

Another option is to simply take a mild aromatose inhibitor to lower estrogen levels. Keep in mind though that I'm not a professional, but I do have some helpful advice on how to increase T and lower estrogen.
