tbh squats are the worst every time I did them I felt pain everywhere

You have to be in agony. You have to torture yourself.
 
If this doesn't happen to you frequently maybe your body is stressed or you pulled a muscle.

Try calisthenics. It might take longer to gain muscle but you are much less prone to injuries.
 
I learned this the hard way, stay the fuck away from lifting and running if you don't have good healthcare/trainer or have led a very inactive life. Start with pushups and resistance band workouts, and low impact stuff like yoga to get used to using your body.
 
I would just take a break or quit tbh

You can still injure yourself if you train with weighted vest or try to do explosive exercises (like clapping push ups) without the enough strength and skill to do it. Btw I've been doing calisthenics for almost three years.

That's impressive. You must have a ripped low body fat physique then. I know a guy who also did for 3 years or so but i don't think he really put much effort into it because he's still weak looking.

How many good pushups can you do in a row?

I switched to body weight exercises because I kept injuring myself or feeling like I was going to with weights.
 
Workout 3x a week max! It gives time for muscle repair and much bigger gains. More than that, there’s no gain, only pain.
 
Just stretch and drink water theory

Pretty good. I'm up to 38 was the max a few days ago and continuing to improve. A few months ago I was only 25. But we're both still weak as fuck then.

Same bro, just sitting on my chair shitposting or videogamemaxxing my lower back is killing me jfl it's over for natty older injured gymcels.
I'm just doing cardio and bodyweight stuff right now tbh maybe addsome light weights again later.
 
you need a break of like a week or two, with no exercise at all
