tbh squats are the worst every time I did them I felt pain everywheredeadlifts and squats are a jewish invetion spread by fat powerlifters to injure and depress the lifting population

You can still injure yourself if you train with weighted vest or try to do explosive exercises (like clapping push ups) without the enough strength and skill to do it. Btw I've been doing calisthenics for almost three years.Try calisthenics. It might take longer to gain muscle but you are much less prone to injuries.
That's impressive. You must have a ripped low body fat physique then. I know a guy who also did for 3 years or so but i don't think he really put much effort into it because he's still weak looking.Btw I've been doing calisthenics for almost three years.

I switched to body weight exercises because I kept injuring myself or feeling like I was going to with weights.
