Yesterday at night I had a massive headache and had to leave the PC early, so I just kept scrolling on my smartphone and fapping until 2AM when my body just gave in. Now I just woke up and my brain feels all mushy and I feel dumb as fuck. Idk if it's just because I woke up but I don't usually feel like this right after waking up like even after that I still have some clarity. I'm also a bit sensitive to light as well

Fuck I hope I didn't fuck anything up or smth, I'm going to go take a shower and see if that fixes it
