An angular 10/10 male can run buzzcuts and have 0 facial hair and still be 10/10.

However if you have a big forehead, wrinkles, big ears, receding hairling, bad jaw, no chin, etc you need hair/facial hair.

And the bigger the flaws the longer the hair needs to be.
