I've mentioned before I've been doing aggressive 16/8 or 18/6 intermittent fasting with 100+ g protein per day and biking 3-4 x/week to cut my body fat for at least 6 months now. It's been successful and my BF is down from >20% skinny fat to around 12% skinny.

I've been happy overall with the change. For the first time in my life I can sort of see my abs though they're nowhere near the 8% roided Hollywood standard. But the worse part has been facially.

I always have found it funny when people talk about how losing body fat is supposed to make you better looking. I mean - how exactly is that supposed to work?

If you have zero cheekbones, how is losing facial fat going to accomplish anything except making you look more melted? Or your eyes more hollow? If you have a crooked or badly formed jaw, why would losing fat to accentuate that help you either?

In the past few months, I look like I've aged 3-5 years just from how hollowed out and gaunt my face has become.

You truly can't win in this life. I'm still gonna keep going because I've always been ugly. It's nothing new. I just want before I get too old and busted to be "buff" for once in my life. So that remains my goal. But don't buy the lies that "losing body fat will make you more handsome." Yeah, maybe if you have a perfect face to begin with. Doesn't work when the bones are shit.

Same, if you don't have at least decent bone support, losing fat is a looksminning process.
It just reveals my long, narrow and flat face more.

I have a shitty bone structure as well and losing bodyfat will make me look even worse. My hawkish nose will stand out even moreso than it usually does. Also, I'm trying to lose bodyfat as well. I managed to lose a couple of lbs but eventually, no matter how much I starved myself, I'd stay around the same weight. How can I lose weight without having to starve myself completely? I wasn't intermittent fasting, I was working out during the same period. Does having a low protein-intake contribute to not losing bodyfat?

Absolutely this is a problem. You're curry, and we curries all have natural skinnyfat genetics plus too high carb diets. Most curries live on rice and roti. If you want to lose fat, you need to change that. Aim for 100+ grams protein every day. eg. Two meals of good sized chicken/fish/turkey + a protein shake + 1-2 glasses milk will more than get you there. Then cut out as much starchy carbs as you can. No sugar or junk. Keep the total calories to 1000-1500 per day and eat during a 6-8 hour window every day only. The rest of the day just drink water. On the days you have time, do 30-40 min of hard exercise right before you break your "fast" and eat.

That will do it.

Can't say you'll be happy with the result facially and it probably won't make any difference for women. But you might feel better to know you've accomplished a goal.

Thanks for the detailed response currybro, I appreciate it a lot. I was getting frustrated with the way things were going; swell in the beginning but a sudden halt one month in. I gave up after that because I didn't like starving myself even more than I did. It got so bad that I would only eat some peanuts and then dinner and that was it. You can see why I didn't want to continue anymore.

You honestly get used to the starvation feeling after time if you stick with it. It becomes almost like a challenge. How long can I ignore my hunger for today? I found IF easy because all I had to do was not eat at work all day. If you have a job, just stay busy as fuck all day and don't plan to do anything food wise. You'll need a lot of water while not eating too. I would go through 5-6 water bottles of water in 8 hours while not eating.

Going to bed hungry is not fun but you get used to it too. Snacking on turkey slices works pretty well since they're pure protein with no carb/fat.

I've been lucky in that I was born with lots of will power. If I could "will" myself to grow taller or get a better face/race I would but that doesn't exist. Still I believe most people if they push themselves could follow this. You just have to see it as a challenge and don't give up.

Ik the feeling all to well, when I got shredded all I saw in the mirror was sunken eyed Frankenstein so I put back on some of the weight

And I suppose starving yourself for a certain period (16 hours) is do-able, but starving yourself nearly the entire day for the entire week was so off-putting. If you drank that much water, how many times did you go to the bathroom? I have had to go like twice in <30 minutes just now. I hate it.

Dude you can't be eating bread much on a heavy cutting diet. A bit isn't bad but mostly you need to cut that shit out.

Typical day when cutting on IF (ballpark):

- Nothing all day except water (piss maybe 8+ times a day I never kept track).
- Microwave frozen chicken/rice meal ~400 cals 22 g protein.
- Homemade chicken/fish & veggies ~300 cals 25 g protein.
- Bran cereal and milk ~200 cals - 10 g protein
- Glass of skim milk with raw cocoa powder ~100 cals 15 g protein.
- Whey protein shake ~130 cals, 30 g protein.
- Banana ~100 cal
- Veggie shake ~60 cal
- Some of a kitkat - 100 cal

That would be a typical "ideal" day.

You can cheat some days. Like some days I'd go to a pizza joint and get a slice of veggie pizza which is like 600-700 cals, but then all Id have in addition is two scoops protein and maybe the bran cereal with milk and maybe another small snack or piece of junk. If you're gonna cheat you have to pay it back somewhere else.
 
If you have bad bone structure you're better off retaining more fat as it can hide it.

But i would carry on for the health benefits. Its not like whether you lose weight or gain it your incel status will dissappear
 
yeah same. It makes me look sick since I'm baldcelling. Also makes my nose look bigger. Only benefit is a sharper jawline but I think that looks good enough as it is.

That way I can determine what type of food I am allowed to consume. I had cheat days as well back when I was working out extensively, up to 5+ sets a day, cummulating 100 reps for each exercise. I will go to the supermarket tomorrow and buy whatever I'm allowed to eat. I already brought some bottles of green tea, as well as coconut-flavored cottage cheese (50g protein). The taste was pretty bad, couldn't even taste any hint of coconut except for grape, but I could eat the entire content in one session. I will buy more of this, it's $2/carton (450g in total). Not that expensive with plenty of protein.

Yeah basically 90% of the diet is: How do I get enough protein without going over on my total calories? 100 g protein = 400 cals right off the bat. And almost all regular sources of protein will have lots of carbs in or associated with them.

Good sources:

So roti is almost all carb and fat. That's all indians eat - carbs and fat. Rice is even more purely carbs. You won't get anywhere eating that except maybe a small amount a day.

Those are actually really good outcomes. But the only permanent solution to shitty bones like this is infraorbital rim implants.

It's hard to quit roti and rice, they're just so good. Don't you agree? I'll try to minimalize consumption as much as I can, but it's not completely avoidable for us curries. What makes you a framecel precisely? Narrow shoulders? Lanky built?

You can avoid them almost completely. You don't need to avoid them completely. eg. a small handful of rice might be 200 calories and that's not going to ruin your day if you're careful otherwise. Same as a piece of roti. But mostly you need to get used to just eating chicken/fish with vegetables or pure turkey/chicken/fish (or cottage cheese) by itself sometimes.

My wrist is ~5.8" circumference where my watch would go and ~6.4" inch circumference over the actual joint.

My wrists are smaller than plenty of incels' dicks. I have smaller wrists, ankles, and bones in general than a large percent of women.

I've always been less weight than most women and I still am. I weight 135 lb at present. Only the skinniest "hot girls" weigh less than me. Most girls have bigger ankles/wrists. After cutting all that fat I'm trying to gain muscle now but it will never go past 145 lb or so because my frame is tiny.

If you had more features of a typical ethnic incel you might have more understanding for why ethnicity is such a strong determinate of inceldom. Being ethnic and being autistic are the two strongest common predictors of male celibacy there are.
 
If you're bloated past a certain point, getting lean and ripped is not only harder (due to adipocyte hyperplasia) for you compared to normal people, but you'll have a bunch of loose and/or excess skin, both of which can only be corrected with surgery. Plus it'll be insanely difficult to guess your body fat percentage without a dexa scan or bod pod once you lose most or all of the weight.

But adipocyte hyperplasia only happens when you're obese. Skinnyfats and slightly-to-moderately overweight guys don't need surgery to look good. They just need to put in the work.

The need for good genes goes without saying, but with equal genetics, staying normal is better than getting bloated then returning to normal.

And I probably should have said comparatively good. A tall obese Chad will probably have a better chance to get laid than a short skinny incel. (But of course, Chads don't get obese except in very extreme circumstances because of their good genes and greater incentive to stay fit.)
