In some ways, the involuntary apathy we feel that makes us not throw ourselves into it with the gusto of normies - it is a blessing because if this moment hits you before a relationship begins it's probably easier to bounce back from compared to it happening weeks/months/years into it after you've invested so much more of yourself into a slut.
