I think truly woke people dislike white american women because they're unlike any demographic in america.
I can't think of any other group anywhere close to them in terms of arrogance, entitlement, conceitedness, racism, exclusivity, privilege, and hypocrisy.
liberal white american women are the embodiment of liberal areas like the SF bay area and Seattle. The culture revolves around them and they are the defining factor of those areas. Its this weird mix of veiled yet extreme racism mixed in with blatant shameless hypocrisy. Women in general (especially white women) are far more racist than men and if the liberal areas that I just mentioned revolves around women in terms of culture, thats what you're gonna get. And indeed, that is definitely what actually happens on the ground. Its blacks being relegated, priced out, and pushed out to the dangerous ghettos. And men of color in general suffering mass loneliness, exclusion, and inceldom. All the while telling people to be against it but their actions are actually doing the exact opposite. They literally are hiding knives behind their backs while smiling and telling you how much they care and how much they want to help you.
People who observe them and their behavior don't like them (including white men especially the liberal beta nerdy white men). IncelTV makes a great point that when they get older, they are angry because they don't get the extreme worship, coddling, and protection that they used to get. Whites are more expressive than us asians in general so when the white females get older and upset at their lesser privileged status, some of them reveal their true selves.

Try being a man of color in lily white areas especially if you don't look like your a service worker of some sort. They see that youre out of place and are ready to either confront you or call the cops. Its very, VERY real. They really do give you looks of disgust and are hostile. This is America. Its another serious reality thats overlooked because the culprits dishing this cruelty out are, well, white women. If they don't like being singled out with hostility directed towards them in an exclusionary sense, they probably shouldn't do it to others.

You could be in the whitest neighborhood in town and every security guard you see is black. In my experience it's very often someone straight from Africa. These types are often working security in prison. They like using these types because they feel superior to black Americans because they "weren't slaves".
It's funny because during the peak of that hoevid foolishness I would often be one of like 2 or 3 people in a crowded store without a mask and oftentimes I was the only one called out for it. I remember I saw some girl walk right in front of me without one on but I was the only one asked if I had a mask.
As an NYC-cel I 100% cosign everything you said. It's really bad on this side of the country as well in the libtard enclaves. Red states are probably better in some ways because the boundaries of interaction are much clearer. People have guns so they're not as threatened, and they are more religious, neighborly, and family-oriented. Much less tension and space to operate if you want to seclude yourself. Of course there are instances of racism there too though.
