The last time I showered was probably on the 23rd if I recall correctly. I haven't changed my clothes either I just swapped between two dirty clothes of mine so it looks like I changed. IDGAF about anything. I haven't been eating properly either. This is quite normal for me it's just gotten worse than usual lately. I haven't slept properly in days. I didn't sleep at all last night, I probably got like 2 hours of sleep at most. I've been so miserable lately.

I always follow up my showers with a moisturizer for my skin and a little perfume and it feels very nice. I don't feel like a worthless subhuman anymore afterwards. Bitches still won't go near me, but at least I'll feel a little better about myself.
