Tbh he was pretty batshit even for our standards.He killed all of his immediate family that could threaten his power,appointed his prized horse as a consul of senate,called himself a god and had sex with his sister.He reigned for less than 4 years as emperor but is still remembered thousands of years later as one of the first names you think of besides Nero when you remember roman emperors and rome had 100 or so emperors
