They want fresh graduates with work experience without training graduates to have work experience. They advertise entry level roles and then ask why don't you have work experience. They only want to hire people who already have a job. You're expected to already have a job in order to get a job. Bitch if I had a job why would I be applying to you? They want to offload training costs to some other business and just want to poach trained employees while paying the same wage.
