JFL The IRA have posted letters to degenerates

I mentioned this in a post before but I have since found out that it is supposedly members of one of the modern IRA groups who named and shamed people in the community, they posted these letters to everyone. There is a chance it is a practical joke but I'm not sure people would risk getting in trouble for such a joke.
It got me thinking though, before I rope I would love to post letters to people's houses.
