There is something which stands in between me and the things I experience. I cant exactly perceive it but it kind of prevents me of immersing totally in my experience. For example if im listening to a sound I listen to it from a certain distance, if i was to go deep into the sound i would lose my awareness of my body, of time, etc
I hate it because i feel alienated from everything
