No, looks are defined by caste (not caste by looks). The lower caste you are, the poorer you/your ancestors were, the worse genetics you have (plus the way genes express themselves is determined by environment; growing up low caste and miserable will actually lead you to have darker skin etc) Low caste people suffer from generations of malnourishment and misery, whereas high caste people were always rich and had their pick of hot women to procreate with.

I'm not white passing but I look close to Mexican. My skin isn't dark but it couldn't pass as white. I think my curry ethnicity is betrayed more by my height (or the lack of it)

Edit: also, contrary to what you might think, the typical street shitter is light skinned. The darker skinned people live in the south which is very clean, has lots of toilets and is mostly free of street shitting.

I used Wikipedia and Wikipedia mentioned there was only an Islamic population in the Tutsi population. Of course, Wikipedia isn't the perfect place to get your information from. Are you Hutu yourself?
