It's very possible he did it, however, the judicial court system and general law practice in this nation is so very corrupt it's hard to say. There's so many people in this nation wrongfully convicted of crimes just so law enforcement can achieve their conviction rates. Is it a simple open and shut case? Too early to call it quite yet I think.
