You know all of this talk about climate change? Well, it turns out almost as per usual. the goyvernment are massive hypocrites.
About a year ago, there was an announcement what we had ended coal power in the UK. A good riddance certainly. But, under a layer of greenwashing, is one of the most braindead schemes of all time.

(((Drax Power Station))).

Guess what Drax is powered by? It's not nuclear, solar, or anything that's sustainable. Not even gas or coal.

WOOD PELLETS.

Yes. Fucking WOOD PELLETS. They aren't locally sourced either. They are imported from Burgerland, and shipped across the pond to Bongistan, where they are loaded onto diesel-powered freight trains, and burned at Drax. And the government calls is "sustainable" as technically the trees can be replenished. Utter greenwashing.

Some executives need a trip to the gallows, and their wives fed a certain, purple fruit.

If it was so bad, they wouldnt be willfully burning down forests to make it look like a problem.
also seen politicians get out of a limo and climb onto a bike to attend a climate summit, a 100 meters before the actual meet.
also never mind electric car lithium mines cause more harm than they solve
