Although "worse" is dependent upon what we're referring to, worse in what respect? Japan certainly, objectively, has a much higher percentage of incels than many other countries due to it's hellish culture, however the idea that the country is worse for incels doesn't necessarily follow from that. I'd personally say that it depends, you have easier access to copes, but you're simultaneously more in need of them.
