Those are strong and specific words and you would have to have some strong proof. "There aren't many short CEOs" is still too nebulous. Because you don't have enough testimony of short men getting denied the c-suite just for being short. Everybody knows they're looking for the tall guy, but women and blacks can point to specific instances of discrimination they face. For short men, first you have to define "short," and then you have to ask "What if this is just because there aren't many men that short who mean to become CEOs?"
