there are several shorter leaders outside the US yes: Victor Orban who until very recently was prime minister in Hungary is 1,74. Zelenskyj is 1,70. Former prime minister in the country i live in (Denmark) Lars Løkke Rasmussen is only between 1,68 and 1,72.
