That's nice of you to say that

I tend to find I only really feel down if I feel controlled. As long as I have space to breathe and live my own life, I usually find ways to be happy. Chatting, video games, subcultures that I like, etc.

But yeah I really don't like feeling controlled or feeling like life is really unstable.

Positive music helps too and... this is a cheat, but I do find that caffeine bumps up my mood and energy so I do drink energy drinks, soft drinks and iced coffee here and there!

To be honest, nice food and drink helps with mood in general, I think.
