I'm officially done with the gym, it's so gay and retarded, the whole idea of working out just doesn't make any sense. First ask why? Why do you desire an overly muscled physique? Women don't desire it, it's useless, and it's bad for you (high blood pressure, lowers your life expectancy, exercise is a huge cause of injury, etc). There is no purpose in being built like a brick shithouse, you only do it to impress other guys (gay). It really just comes down to eating right and not sitting around all day, the rest is up to your genetics. A person who develops normally in a natural setting does not become ripped, only with strenuous, unhealthy, unnatural torment and toil do you reach that state, congrats, you killed yourself and you didn't even do it in a fun way like drugs or something.

It's kinda cool, if you go towards the natural route and not the bodybuilder roids one. You have a nice body to be proud of, there's so many things you can control and the food you eat and how much you work out are few of the little things you can do

Imagine developing permanent chronic pain from gymcelling, JFL. I've gone through it myself, never any serious injuries that didn't resolve itself within a few weeks, but I can't believe I was stupid enough to not stop when it happened even once.

I don't fully agree with him, but the alternative to gymmaxxing isn't being a fat fuck. You can be at a healthy weight with a proper diet. There's no evidence to suggest that working out to the extreme will reduce the chances of a heart attack in someone who's already at a normal weight.

To be honest I agree with you in parts of but I want to point out that I enjoy the runners high. I get from lifting weights and doing exercises at the gym while listening to my nazi podcasts
