It's the worst cope too, as it makes people invest thousands on a gymcel diet, plus loads of their time for something that ultimately won't help them and will give them no enjoyment.

At least coping by video games, escortcelling, or stuffing your face with chocolate can provide some temporary pleasure. Gymcelling provides nothing.

So? I don't really care what my body looks like, I'm not fat so that's all that matters to me. It'd just be a waste of time, I don't enjoy it and I don't feel like I need it. TBH the "help" it would give me would be so marginal it just wouldn't be worth it anyway.

I'll actually test out the effects of body halo game for all of you guys, so you don't have to.

I'm not quite at the size that I will see it in its full glory when I get shredded, but a year down the line, I'll have the answer, if it's cope or not.

You're delusional. thousands to gymcel? You save money on food items by only eating chicken breast and veggies. But nobody has the motivation and dedication (time, perfect diet and roiding) to go through with it. Most people give up after a few months to a year. Who actually goes all the way like the Instagram/Youtube fitness models? Very small percentage.

I'll go through with it because I'm autistic enough to actually do it, so I'll be able to come back with personal experience and a personal opinion on the matter. I just lack the size right now to be able to tell for sure, even when I get lean. I'll be able to get back to you on the effectiveness of single digit body fat on the face in a few months, but that's it for now.

Only eating chicken and vegetables for years? I don't think people do that lmao. It'd be the worst diet ever, you'd refuse to even take a bite of that chicken after about a few weeks.

It actually is quite expensive in the long run to buy plenty of protein rich food. Most non-lifters diets are quite low in protein.

Yes, thousands. High protein diets cost more than high carb ones at the same calorie limit. Potatoes and rice are much cheaper than beef and chicken.

Personally I don't stuff my face but i wont condemn any incel that does. Building muscle is huge cope and is irrelevant unless you have the genetic potential to get a body like horsecel (hardly anyone can achieve this).

There's no gym for your face buddy boyo.

I'm actually looking forward to the single digit results more than the gym body results tbh. I think that's going to have the biggest effect on how attractive girls find me, as it directly affects the face.

Unless he gets a truly elite tier body (which is based on genetics itself) the only way it'll help him is by leaning out his face. And unlike most of us he has good bone structure so while a leaner face will help him it won't help a lot of us.

Gymcelling is the WORST of the copes. Costs a ton, takes up time, gives no enjoyment. I hate to see incels cuck themselves into going to gym.

no you can get high protein from veggies dude, lentils and beans have more protein than meat. Also, all the proteins you buy are the same. With protein supplements hemp/pea protein is cheaper and is does the same shit as the really expensive supplements with nice packaging. Also plant protein is healthier than animal protein, and plant foods are cheaper than meat. Trust me when i say pea protein powder is the same as the most high caliber supplement you could get, it's all about nitrogen balance and the more expensive it is, the better it tastes that is all.

Obviously not only chicken and veggies, dieting is all about limiting the foods you eat not restricting. Like you can eat bowl of chips every couple weeks if you want to lose weight. I never claimed to be above anyone, just the fact that it really helps. I wouldn't have a problem with people just going LDAR is they didn't make it their mission to disprove that gym works.

Check what i said to Coping Gymcel for the first point. I don't hate any incel, whether they be an attractive mentalcel or a fatcel. It is what is is with them, if they wanna lose hope its not my place to tell them that they're wrong. It's that going to the gym helps. Yes, getting big like a bodybuilder isn't possible for most people without steroids. This is known. But you can still build a little bit of muscle, get abs and train your neck. And trust me, a thicker neck makes anyone look better, whether they have a big skull or small skull. Also gym isn't to look like Zyzz gym is to lose your lovehandles, bloatface and manboobs.

Good luck eating as much greens as a cow every day to meet your protein goal.

You need about 200g of lentils to get as much protein as 100g of chicken. 100g of lentils is 9g of protein. Good luck eating 1kg of lentils to just get 90g of protein.

If you have no jawline to begin with, a thicker neck will just blend your jaw to your neck even more and so will look worse.

Plus unless you want to look like the world's biggest autist you'l have to spend money on a harness and weights and do this at home.

As ascension plans go, gym is a poor one. Most people would be better off putting the thousands in diet and gym fees into getting surgery on their biggest flaw instead. Or putting that money into some qualifications or skills that allow them to work outside the west.
