no you can get high protein from veggies dude, lentils and beans have more protein than meat. Also, all the proteins you buy are the same. With protein supplements hemp/pea protein is cheaper and is does the same shit as the really expensive supplements with nice packaging. Also plant protein is healthier than animal protein, and plant foods are cheaper than meat. Trust me when i say pea protein powder is the same as the most high caliber supplement you could get, it's all about nitrogen balance and the more expensive it is, the better it tastes that is all.
Obviously not only chicken and veggies, dieting is all about limiting the foods you eat not restricting. Like you can eat bowl of chips every couple weeks if you want to lose weight. I never claimed to be above anyone, just the fact that it really helps. I wouldn't have a problem with people just going LDAR is they didn't make it their mission to disprove that gym works.

Yes, getting big like a bodybuilder isn't possible for most people without steroids. This is known. But you can still build a little bit of muscle, get abs and train your neck. And trust me, a thicker neck makes anyone look better, whether they have a big skull or small skull. Also gym isn't to look like Zyzz gym is to lose your lovehandles, bloatface and manboobs.
