I was doing some reading on a vegan forum and I noticed the term "green pill," obviously used to signify to truthfulness of veganism. Just thought it was a cute ode to the blackmail name.
I participate in vegan forums for the same reason I participate here; I don't know anyone else from these communities in real life. The vegan forums are good in small doses, but because they're not as exclusive as this forum per say, I don't want to spend my whole day arguing with non-vegan normies.I am also vegan but I am not active in these communities. How are they?
Feel that. During my deepest depression I ate fried chicken every day because I couldn't even care about my own self or health, let alone that of the animal I was eating.I wish I was vegan but being vegan takes a lifestyle change and I don't have willpower to do because of depression. I can't even clean my room.
That is reasonable. I just watch some nutritionfacts videos or some talks from doctors who advocate for a plant based lifestyle but that's about itI participate in vegan forums for the same reason I participate here; I don't know anyone else from these communities in real life. The vegan forums are good in small doses, but because they're not as exclusive as this forum per say, I don't want to spend my whole day arguing with non-vegan normies.
I think there is no need for a greenpill, as in my case it goes hand in hand with the blackpill. The more I began to understand about biology, evolutionary psychology, and the motivations(as well as cognitive biases) dictating human behavior, the more I was driven to veganism.
