The brave Mujahid during the attack recites a verse from the thirty-sixth surah of the Qur'an (Yā Sīn) in which Allāh promises to "blind" the enemies of the faith: "We will place a barrier in front of them and a barrier behind them, and then envelop them so that they will see nothing."
