You can do low-dose. I only take 1mg/day and it stlll works kinda, at least slowed the hairloss. Libido has been decreased significantly though, but I can still cum if I try usually and the loss of libido could also have other causes (e.g. depression due to isolation, getting older in general etc.).

It was one of the few remaining pleasures I had, so it did hurt a lot. And I still watch it, but it's way less pleasurable. Plus my preferences in porn have shifted a bit and now there isn't a lot which is even in the genre I want.
