Everything is so censored and sterilized now, and almost all "engagement" on popular sites comes in the form of bots or shills. It's crazy to look through 4chan archives from 2012 or so and to see how much better the average content was. Now it's just bots and discord trannies raiding entire boards. The internet used to be a good cope for me but I've hated it for almost 8 years now. I still use it simply because I feel like there's nowhere else to go. I agree that the phones ruined the internet because they basically normalized subscriptions for everything, nowadays if u want to use anything even remotely good you have to pay for it. I think computers compared to playstation and other platforms are far cheaper and better, the newest iphone is like 400-700$ with that money u could build a decent pc.

I don't get ai shit because I don't watch ai shit. the algorithm is pretty good at putting quality content up top. better than back in 2010 when femshit titty reaction videos to funny cat videos were the main content form. there still are reaction videos but at least it's men reacting to an actual video with arguments. there is an extension to fix the search you should give it a try. and youtube is more lenient regarding what can get posted than some other platforms eg. facebook or reddit, even political/mra/blackpill things usually fly and the kikes really don't like that

I and the other people that are old enough to remember how enjoyable of a pastime it was, we're the ones that care and remember it fondly. Sounds like you're a teenager that doesn't even grasp what I'm referring to. In the late 2000s, not that much was torrentable in reasonable quality, kid. Lots of Sketch comedy from 07-10 is nothing like the garbage you're thinking of. The guide/review side of YouTube is replete with no substance junk, grifters, bait and switch bullshit and posers that talk endlessly without conveying anything valuable.
