Coping isn't worth it anymore. I think you should truly sit with yourself and ask yourself why am i still alive? No I want you to ask yourself that and truly find the reason why. Not just "im scared of pain" , "I dont wanna die". Like truly find out what about life makes you keep going. And once you find that then..... I don't know.

The truth is there's no answer out there waiting for you to find.
