My health has gone downhill so fast and other people in my life are experiencing the same. I can't be in that bad a shape. That I get a cold every other week. And my sister got meningitis and my brother keeps getting the shits. There was a time when there was rarely illness in my household.

Those days are gone. I never took the Covid vaccine and neither did my siblings but does that shit have something to do with it? Somehow.

Could food quality degradation be affecting my health? Or maybe the water is worse I have noticed the taste changed. Maybe I am just developing allergies? But why now? I am just sick of being sick.
