South Africa had oil refineries but the last functioning blew up, literaly exploded a few months after the blacks there chased away the last white employee at the oil refinery who built the refineries. Then when the blacks took full control it blew up and the other refineries in the country are broken and unrepaired for years already like in Nigeria.
