Think about it. Most business fail within the first few years. Most jobs are given to acquaintances, friends. The nerds and the hard workers just get more work dumped on them, get almost 0 raises and no promotions cause they're good workers and they need to stay in that position.

The entire economy is a pyramid scheme anyway. All built on more consumption, more debt, more borrowing. If it stops growing it dies.

So who makes the money? The sociable, the well-connected, those who already have money, who already have status. Those who have the looks to be well-liked, the charisma to make friends, or the dumb luck to be born into riches.


And it doesn't matter if it's capitalism or communism, Chad and Stacy are always the winners, getting everything for nothing, while pool ol' incel works his ass off for breadcrumbs.

Nah, making money from dealing drugs is hard since if you're not in a gang (as in, social and with good connections) you'll get busted pretty quickly and make shit money.

Other illegal ways to make money are also difficult. Scamming people takes brains, and if you're that smart and ingenious you might as well make money some other ways.

Most economies are doing just fine. Millions of people are escaping poverty. Unemployement is low in most Western countries. And social mobility is increasing (if your parents were poor, it no longer automatically means that you will be poor).

I don't do Paypal, I do Stripe. People rarely do chargebacks on credit cards, and when they do and close my Stripe account, I make a new Stripe account on the different name and continue. There's no way I'll get busted, nobody is going to the FBI for 50$ item, plus I live in a third world country, we practically have no police here.

Very interesting, you go on shopify, make a nice and fake page, get small amounts but enough to live on, and just make another page if it's closed down.

Interesting I could imagine there being a paper trial unless Stripe is that lenient which I wouldn't be surprised because i got scammed heavy when I started accepting stripe payments for my legit business.

Yes, the first account was on my name, other accounts were all on other family member names, now I'm looking for some other mules to make accounts on their name.
