The drug crisis is a problem for the genetically poor sub5s.

You don't see genetically gifted men wasting their potential for drugs they're already outgoing and don't need to do unhealthy habits to feel better.

All the tall moggers that I am aware of in my surroundings don't really abuse drugs just drink alcohol for fun.
