If you had a social life and places to go you would be more motivated to get it. The fact that you are an incel has held you back.
If I had a car, I would drive to random places, just because it would be a good cope. You don't must have a destination for your driving. It matters what type of car you have though. Having a driver license is not enough, you should have a nicer car than the majority of foids too.

Pretty much 100% true, I have a licence but no car of my own and when I can borrow a relative's car to drive around it's actually a surprisingly good cope, except for petrol being really expensive. Getting a nicer car than most foids is pretty easy where I live as most foids around here drive piece of shit hatchbacks which you can outdo with almost any 10 or even 20 year old sedan which isn't a total wreck.
I would rather go on public transport instead of getting a car and paying back like a mortgage and a loan.

i rather bus it. car insurance plus gas=over 300 dollars a month. or i can pay 80 for the bus and extra for uber if i really need it.
Public transportation is gross and the people who ride the buses are degenerates. Glad I don't have to ride them to class anymore.

And yet people still tell me to shut the fuck up about this topic, yet other people here has the exact same view on this. It really pisses me of to see females who are allowed to drive. They are most likely younger than me, live a better life than me, have a much more easier job and get payed more and they have a driver licence and an expensive car as well while I have to watch all of this. This is nothing but suicidefuel to me.

This is what I have described as well. It is utterly expensive here in Germany. Once you missed a certain point in your transition to adulthood, you are most likely out. No apprenticeship place = no skills which are required = you will only receive declination = no money for living by your own = no driver licence = less chances to even work in a low-level job.
Even if you manage to get a low-level job, you will have almost no time anymore. Also, you get paid little. It is a vicious circle.
The most important factors are money and time. You will most likely will miss one of it and this is the problem.

I don't get this meme. Literally everyone here has a driver's license. I got one when I was 19, which is considered EXTREMELY late. Legit everyone in my high school got them the day they turned 16. It must be like a euro thing or something. In America, legit anyone can get a driver's license.
A driver's license is still very useful outside of driving. It's a universal ID accepted basically everywhere. You can buy beer and smokes with it. Hell, I had to use it to buy bitcoin. It says if you're an organ donor on it. The license number can itself can be used as an alternate to an SSN for very important legal/medical things (I know my lisence number by heart, similar to my SSN). It's useful to get even if you got nowhere to drive, and here it cost like 20 bucks IIRC.
