Truecels can't form actual meaningful relationships , Inceldom isn't superficial, it tangles with your psyche deeply because the moment you've truly aknowledged that its over for you you've reached a point of no return.
The Incels mind and psycholigical state is so corroded from his childhood experiences that the incel had forgotten on how to love, interact and understand people. Every self-identified Incel (no exceptions) had atleast 1 severely traumatic experience in his childhood like Extreme Bullying,Deprivation of Love, Sexual Assault & Rape,Parents Divorce,Abuse etc.
(And before you go and claim that you never experienced those let me tell you that the brain intentionally hides traumatic experiences from your conscouisness (but not from your sub-contouisness) you might not even know about the event that made you truecel but your mind surely does).
The difference to a ugly person is that he never got exposed to mental Trauma. His parents loved eachother, his family and friends kept him from getting in trouble, yeah here and there he got to be the butt of some bullies jokes or got into a brawl but it never went to far for him. His fragile young mind didn't get damaged too bad by outside sources and he had the chance to develop healthy and learn to socialize, his facial handicap makes it super hard for him to find a date or even get a girl to talk to him but he never gives up. He sometimes accnowledges that he's ugly and that no girl likes him but he tries to approach one anyways because he doesn't mean those words literally, he still believes in his miracle and tries his best to make his wish become true.
But Incels aren't so lucky with their surroundings. By the time they reach their peak of puberty, Bullying and Lack of emotional support obliterated this young greycels self-esteem and he will be unable to ask out any foid in the first place because he actually believes that he's ugly and worthless even if he isn't. They often begin to cope by overeating and staying at home to avoid society. Incel will skip school since he's so insecure with himself that he destroys his chances of getting a good job which automatically degrades him to a Poorcels later on or perhaps a NEET which are automatic -5 points in the dating market in his 20s. His body got so fucked up by all the junk food that he became obese and diabetic which give him extra -4 points.
The mental health of those 2 people played a big role in their mindset and development. The ugly guy will never give up on finding a girlfriend in his youth but the incel has already given up before trying, he's so convinced of dying alome that he considers it his only truth and therefore refuses to take any step towards possible ascension.
The difference can also be represented in 2 examples:
If the ugly but not blackpilled guy woke up to be low HTN one day, he would immediatly get a girlfriend and life a happy live. Their relationship will be succesfull since they're physically attracted to eachother and they will build a deep relationship and maybe will eventually marry. This is because of his mindset and mental health, he is able to process and react correctly to human signals which helps him be a fully recognized part of society and a great husband and dad.
However if a incel woke up one day as a literal 6'5 framemaxxed Chad he still couldn't achieve the same results as his counterpart, yes he would be easily able to get Sex and Normies would make it easy for him to befriend them but thats it. His future relationship/Marriage had no future since the damage has already been done to the Incels mind. He will be unable to understand and process her feelings and troubles, he can't support her emotionally and she will realize that he's basically a fleshy Sexpuppet with no feelings whatsoever. And sooner or later she will be unhappy with their relationship and will try to get her emotional support and love from somewhere else aka she will cheat on you and the relationship is OvER.
