Just one question, did he point out that those countries (well, except for Poland) are among those seeing their fertility rates recover faster than the EU average, as well as having them already being above EU average? A lot of guys coping with demographics seem to be unaware of this

That's just my pet minor nitpick, apart from that, our countries are already both starting to bring in immigrants, as well as automatizing the industries here a lot. Romania's worse off than us, and they are already giving out 100,000 work permits for foreign workers a year, nothing impossible about us doing the same.
