The thing is, they'll only find acceptable saying this when it's about celebrities and famous people in general, because when the average loner point out that the jock (about in the same league in looks as these famous people) in his high school/college/uni has a better luck at life than him, or how this chad in his office make the women there gossip and giggle, people shrug it off, say it's all his mind, some even might admit that looks does play an important role, "BUT" that there's more to life besides looks etc.
I personally believe there's "degrees" of the blackpill that some normies could agree on.
1 - Looks matter and people are perceived different/above others for looks alone
You see younger people and "redpilled" normies largely agreeing with this one, only virtue signalling women will tell you it doesn't matter when asked (but we all know what most of them actually think about this), I actually respect the more slutty portion women in this regard since they openly admit they have preferences and that looks do matter
2 - Women get to chose their partners these days, not the other way around
Mostly "redpilled" normies and non-chads realize this, and many women like to pretend they aren't choosers since some of them don't get to chose Chad, but they are subconsciously fully aware of their pussy's power and the fact that they can freely chose men within their attractiveness radius. Boomers will mostly disagree with this one, as some arrangemarriedmaxxed or did some shit that isn't possible anymore these days
3 - Women prioritize looks when choosing partners these days since they don't need wealth and resources from their partners as much as they did decades ago as they can have those themselves
Most women will (of course, as always) never agree with this statement and only very few of the "redpilled" normie men will agree with this statement (mostly the ones who have accepted that "game" is dead). This one is the first part of the Blackpill that is very hard for normies to swallow. They'll resort to anecdotal fallacies and cherrypick couples (sometimes even overrating the woman's looks over the guy's) and unicorns tell you this is a wrong statement, that women that don't care about looks exist etc. But it gets harder for them to refute this when they realize that by just opening an Onlyfans account (or similar activities) and taking cash from simps many women will earn more than your average wagie male with a degree. And even some escorts/hookers are now charging extra and even SELECTING their clients. Some women don't need partners anymore to make a living, so when seeking partners, they won't settle for average, they'll look for men that "mogs" them in every single regard, they won't just choose one that has a "stable income", or "good personality", they'll pick a guy that has a "stable income", "good personality" AND is good looking on top of that. Even if they are looking for men with "good personality" alone they have plenty of options (if they actually give a chance), many men are actually good men, so they'll obviously pick the best looking among them.
4 - In current scenario, some men will indeed have more trouble than others to find partners, since modest resources alone won't cut it anymore and the looks threshold in the dating market has increased, tldr all of this, yes some men can be "incels"
I'd dare to say that this is the final stage of the Blackpill and only the actual Blackpilled people fully embrance this. This is the hardest one to make an NPC agree with because it goes completely against the narrative that individuals from the male gender can be victims of society in any way that isn't related to nationality, ethnicity, (homo)sexuality or religious beliefs.
I even dare to say that some of the most hardcore anti-incel people would be desilusional enough to say this guy could get a girlfriend/partner without paying and that legit likes him (not the one from the thumb, but the one from the video):
