Reddit has hosted some of the most incendiary communities online, many of which were only banned after considerable criticism. One of these subreddits was r/yeagerbomb, whose followers became more and more radicalized, for want of a better word, over the years.

While incels are defined by their resentment toward women, many among the community have revealed a wide range of prejudices. To contextualize the extremeness of the situation, r/yeagerbomb posted racist memes about certain characters, misogynistic memes about female characters, and homophobic memes about pretty much anyone. Netflix's Adolescence perfectly captures the incel narrative infecting the online world, but r/yeagerbomb was an even better portrayal of community dynamics. A resounding echo chamber that only restated the same dull, illogical preconceptions, the subreddit rapidly transformed into a classic Reddit cesspool. Before it was rightfully banned, r/yeagerbomb was a thriving haven of incel subculture, from its fixation on hypermasculinity to its denigration of women.

As reflected by the story's central thesis, there is no such thing as good and evil. And there are no villains in real life, not unless they are created. It's easier to blame another for one's miseries, certainly more than being responsible for one's actions. And the incels of r/yeagerbomb chose to ignore the nuances in favor of hammering their categorically fake news over and over again.

If you watched the show you will remember during the boot camp scene it's said that he's average to bad at everything aptitude wise. He's a pretty boy underdog type character he isn't an incel at all.

Anime was always super boring to me and it is always this insanely exaggerated acting and voice acting that pisses me off.

I tried several ones, but to me its overexaggerated like you said.

I like shows where feelings are more subtle and nuanced. Not related to what i said but i enjoyed mr.robot think you would like it too.

Marley is the german-expy. When you look at the world map of that workd Paradis Island (where Eren and his civilization are) looks like Madagascar, the Eldians are forced to wear a symbol in other nations to identify them as Eldian (like jews were forced to wear the yellow star), and certain Eldian families secretely rule othernations from the shadows, like the Wylburs in Marley.
