Seems obvious when it's pointed out, but I didn't really think of it until recently. If you're on keto or you're fasting, you can't compare your current weight to the BMI chart. If you're in ketosis, you can gain as many as 10 pounds just by eating some bread and drinking some salt water. Your real weight is your glycogen-filled, water-filled weight. To say otherwise is cope.
