Routinely, I step out my ideological bubbles and ask myself whether I could actually be wrong about everything I hold dear. I try to read opposite viewpoints and seriously consider their arguments. This pattern of truth-seeking led me to a lot of ideological turnarounds in my life; I have few beliefs in common with my teenage self.

So far, I haven't seen any evidence that the bluepill is more correct than the blackpill despite its superior popularity. Analyzing the bluepill is hard in the first place because there is no consistent thesis, just a patchwork of poorly reasoned, poorly demonstrated superstitions that are related only in their refusal to consider the truth of evolutionary psychology; or in other words, the possibility that the human brain still harbors primitive areas where reason often fails to rule.

My dad was as blue-pilled as you can imagine and a super placating beta, and my mom always evinced disgust and anger towards him and they ultimately got divorced. Naturally I witnessed all of this play out first-hand. My mom -- who was and continues to be a social force (she's in her 60s now) was always embarrassed by him-- a well-meaning religious goober who practiced as a doctor in our Islamic home country before we immigrated to the West. My dad never, ever seemed to have picked up on the fact that my mom married him out of some sort of duty to get married and that she was always giving him grief because at a primitive level of her brain she was disgusted by him. It's hard to think of your parents this way, but in the looks department, he was lower than her.

Maybe I'm somewhat delusional but I do think I can snag a woman in our ethnic community if I get a steady job making at least 50k.

But why in the hell would I want that after seeing what my naïve dad went through? I can't help but have visceral disgust at the idea of entering a blue-pilled arrangement after seeing my dad's experience of it.

That nowadays there's no longer such a thing as circumstances and that everytime something goes south, one's to blame if one's not doing something about it. Specially if that something is a dogmatic, universally truthful recipe condescendingly brought to you by the superior beings normies think they are. Because they really think they're where they are thanks to merits and not their essence.

Those scornful motherfuckers are addicted to their own pride. They want to think everyone's got a chance and that misfortune is never permanent, with one always having control over it. They think by humiliating people for disagreeing their solutions really work out the trouble for all cases, they'll gain superiority. They'd rather want to see you trying their fantastic ideas once and over, comfortably lecturing what they think you're doing wrong instead of accepting their recipes are the issue instead of the user, because they think you're really one helpless imbecile who can' think by himself and adapt to the formula. They hold no respect for you, they'll never see you as their equal. And in that last part they're right; our essence is quite different. Yet they're in denial about accepting their own true vision about incels.

this used to be good advice because traditional patriarchal society actually worked that way. parents were responsible for their daughters, and they would look to marry them off to good husbands who could provide a decent life for a family.
in those times, if you were an upstanding, law abiding, hard-working guy and made a decent living, you were basically guaranteed to get a wife and children.

only that doesnt apply anymore nowadays. that way of life is gone, so now the blue pill does not apply anymore. but people are so used to it that they still cling to it, because they desperately WANT it to be true, because it's all they have ever known.

This basically sums up my feelings towards the bluepill. I very much try to think of many issues in terms of ev psych, and the bluepill is just demonstrably naive when scutinized under that lens. And the relative popularity of the bluepill (and arguably, the redpill) may also be byproducts of those primitive areas of which you speak (i.e. believing in your power to change an unfortunate situation is more beneficial in terms of survival than not believing in your own power, even if it does not correspond with the material facts of your reality).

Having ideas that are popular based on their utility moreso than their truth value often makes me dislike when people correlate things that are "natural" as things that are "good," because it's apparent to me that the utility notions are more natural than their truthful counterparts. I guess it depends on one's definition of natural, though. Ev psych seems pretty natural to me, though.
