I tried to stretch my foreskin today because I have phimosis and suddenly after I managed to pull it all the way back by force I feel sharp pain and It fucking hurt like hell. Next thing I know I'm fucking bleeding from my dick.

I believe I permanently damaged my foreskin, haven't told anyone. It still hurts but not as bad as when the incident struck, but now everything fucking hurts.

Is it still bleeding? It’s bad but it’s not permanent and it’ll usually heal after a couple weeks or so, just make sure to clean and apply some antibiotic cream if you can to avoid infection

Next time use some grease or oil, like baby oil. If you damaged your frenulum its not a big deal, just dont stretch it until fully heals.

I’m speaking from experience because I used to have phimosis and did the exact same thing OP did, except I didn’t tear my frenulum I just had my foreskin stuck behind the head slowly strangling and eventually swelling in pain before I managed to wrench it back to the proper position
