So many people seem to want to blame others for everything whilst accepting absolutely no blame themselves.

Personally I'm not naturally worried about accepting blame... I'll happily do it if I feel like something was my fault or... sometimes I find myself kind of casually doing it in a kind of "give and take" way.

The problem is though that this only works if others "give" too. Maybe I should only accept blame (genuinely or casually) if the other person seems able to do it too. Otherwise I find I immediately end up on the backfoot.

Blaming others is follower mentality. This is the reason people like picking leaders. They need someone to be the recipient of their blame and bear the brunt of all responsibility.

Responsibility is stressful.
