We all have many regrets about what we could have done differently in our lives. For example, I regret not taking advantage of the covid mask mandates back in 2020-2021. That was the first time in my life where I had an excuse to cover up most of my face. I noticed people were more friendly towards me and more willing to talk to me (hiroshima nagasaki lvl blackpill). It was my chance to go all out low inhib mode and start cold approaching and doing risky shit, but I blew it and spent my time rotting in my room and playing video games. Even if it wouldn't have gotten me anywhere, I still regret not taking advantage of the opportunity and trying 
Circling back to the title of the thread, what do I mean by "the best way to go about life as an incel"? Quite simply, always be looking for opportunities to escape inceldom and don't let them pass by. This might seem like a water statement but you'd be surprised how many of us fuck this up. I know for a fact that there's something that I can try right now in 2025 that will no longer be available two years later in 2027, and then I will find myself in a state of regret once again
