To prevent the rich from dominating and corrupting all the institutions and ensuring their family's hold on status and wealth for generations. I propose that all childr4n are taken from their parents at birth, then they are raised separately. If they truly are the genetic elite, having great IQ, charisma, looks and conscientiousness, they should be able to rise back to the top and join their forefathers in wealth while those who do not, remain in working or middle class. To negate all environmental gains, all children should be removed from parents at birth and raised by government in decent quality facilities and everyone is examined for their potential, not just intellectual but also social, aesthetic and work ethic. Then they are placed based on this potential into a variety of jobs and their education is tailored to their abilities after some basic education. The question becomes what to do for those who have low ability, productivity, disability or mental illnesses, there are two factors here, for those who hopeless care should be provided and research should be done to enable future productivity, they must also be sterilized, so their genes do not continue. For the more mildly disabled higher functioning group or the moderate ones, they can be provided either special jobs with low wages but taken care of in group homes to some extent or given jobs with accommodations, if needed, which fit their strengths . Ideally, the goal is to constantly understand, assess and evaluate people from birth to adulthood, ensuring they receive optimal environment for learning and brain growth, which can include a variety of therapies and medications if necessary, but also evaluates all their strengths, weaknesses and potential in all kinds of different jobs and areas, this could enable everyone to be able to find some kind of work that they are good at and enjoy. While also placing the right people for leadership and top positions, this would prevent waste of people working at jobs they are not fit for and losses to businesses and employees and incompetent people rising to the top or trying to start companies, since humans are likely to be heavily influenced by factors such as looks or NT behavior, they should also be assessed by AI or through neutral means which involves not showing face or audio and can involve text. I believe this would truly ensure merit, furthermore money of the wealthy become part of the government ensuring good living standards and competence by picking only the smartest, most ethical and hard working people to work as bureaucrats.

Sounds like "A Brave New World"
True but it's not exactly the same, that involves brainwashing and manipulation, I don't think it's necessary to be so dystopian, along with endless consumerism.

AI would be better for this

This will occur with the advent of artificial wombs

Not a bad idea but if this happened, suddenly mating competitions would become even more fierce to the point of becoming outright warfare. Also you'll see the emergence of caste systems like in curryland. Caste systems are designed to protect the inheritance of "genetic wealth" in environments with resource scarcity. You can try to make it less rigged but you will never get true free and fair market competition in society. Human beings always find ways to secure their assets, restrict access, and hoard resources, and this hoarding always goes to the top few percentage of people, who make up the aristocracy, ruling class, and socialites (aka influencers). This is because nature doesn't want the masses to expand and proliferate since there are limited resources when it comes to supporting massive population growth. Nature always tries to keep growth in check in every balanced ecosystem. This is why mass production and consumption are always doomed to fail in the long run. Its why welfare states and democratic republics fall to feudalism.

This would be true in the beginning but if a generation of people were raised with no concept or even word for parents, family, inheritance etc and other related ideas, they would be more receptive to allowing whatever offspring they have to be taken from them. You might argue this goes against human instinct which is valid, however by preventing the spouse from witnessing childbirth while taking away the child from the mother as soon as it's born, would ensure success, IMO. This would require harsh propaganda to reduce attachment to children and change in culture, problem is this takes a long time. It would require a huge amount of blood-shed to seize the children of the wealthy and powerful. One source that intrigues me is looking at how pre-modern cultures regarded infants where most of them were killed and sacrificed by their mothers, who themselves were abused in childhood and suffered post-partum depression. Here it is https://psychohistory.com/books/the-origins-of-war-in-child-abuse/ . This shows that attachment to infants is not hard-wired, this indicates women can be convinced to give up kids especially if they never see them.

Your next point is correct corruption is ingrained within human nature. Why would it not be favorable for nature to make humans more altruistic and create more egalitarian societies, is it due to genetic inequality, this would not necessarily lead to unchecked expansion, it would be like within a pre-modern society instead of a rich person on average having 5 kids, middle class having 3 kids and poorer people having only 1 kid living to adulthood, they could have on average 3 kids per person in the society if resources were more equally distributed, ok I see your point that would lead to far more kids making it to adulthood, which would cause more genetic diversity which is dysgenic similar to today and also lead to loss of resources and the society collapsing.

The point you made about welfare states and democratic republics are correct, but I believe this is mainly due to genetic diversity and low average IQs of the majority of people in the world, technology can greatly expand resource availability.

Who would raise them then? Corporations? Daycare & Boarding schools run by the government? Or adoptive/foster care homes? Without families and lineage, life becomes meaningless, leading to fall of investment from parental figures, if not out right abandonment of parental roles.

Not really. Egalitarianism is the basis of mass consumption and proliferation before birth rates collapse.

Egalitarianism always leads to proliferation of people of low genetic quality.

America's way too libertarian for that. I could see this being more feasible in Singapore.

Ideally borading schools run by the government. Why is family, lineage and parenthood so necessary to creating meaning, isn't this more cultural than biological?

If birth rates collapse due to egiliterianism isn't that a good thing since there will be more resources available to people as populations shrink at least in the short and medium term?

Its biological more than cultural. Even r-selective societies (where parental investment is low) seek to secure a sustainable and strong lineage by trying to endow offspring with strong genes through intense mating competition.

No because it ages the population making it hard for that population to survive invasions, disasters, epidemics, financial collapses, and other black swan events.

In fact, what you're proposing essentially amounts to taxing the rich and giving it to the poor. We've been witnessing what happens when this kind of welfare state is institutionalized. It initially leads to lesser people having more children and mutational loads creeping up creating dysgenic maladaptive spiteful mutant people who take on anti-natalist positions and champion the kind of parasitic woke politics of narcissistic slave morality which leads to loss of pro-social behaviors, loss of pair bonding, ultimately bringing about low trust mindset which disintegrates communities and societies. Birth rates eventually crash leading to a fragile and aged population that lacks resilience and strength.
