The average person born after the 70's is mentally a child

I'm making this thread here because its more philosophical and political because it involves corporations

I saw a post online about how because birthrates in the west have plummeted in the west, the average adult under 50 acts like a child and corporations have to adjust in order to market to them.

At first i did have similar thoughts like that but didn't really think too much on them because i naturally agreed. Then i went into Kmart one day and i decided to hop by the toys section, in there i noticed the usual; Minecraft pickaxes, MrBeast toys and even Skibidi Toilet. But then i also noticed Simpsons dolls and figures, Transformers, anime characters from Jujutsu Kaisen, One Piece, Naruto and Dragon ball, WWE figures and also a character from He-man. Then i started to properly think heavier on the post.

Kids of this generation are not watching The Simpsons and they're definitely not watching He-man or animes like Naruto or Dragon Ball. The adults who grew up watching those are. Kids are watching MrBeast, Skibidi Toilet or some other shitty sloptuber, they're not even watching aerial TV so no 9 year old is going to be excitied to rush down to the toys section to pick up a Homer Simpson figure holding a donut, but a 40 year old millennial soy will. Same with games like Mario, Pokemon and Sonic; its adults who grew up with those games that almost only play them despite being child marketed IP's, kids are into Minecraft, Roblox and Fortnite. But everybody recognises that at least.

And its not just with toys and games. Even adverts, i'll see some advert for a banking company sometimes and they'll use CGI falcons to protect their users from fraud and attack bad guys, its a cringe ad thats so childish. Theres also one about an insurance company where a dog with a lightsaber destroys everything in a silly manner. Even childrens stuff will be advertised to adults.

Its also why theres so many remakes and revivals of shows from the 2000's like Phineas and Ferb, Futurama, King of the Hill and Harry Potter and The Powerpuff Girls. Why Jurassic Park, Marvel and Star Wars movies keep getting made. Why AAA games are dumbed down and god awful. This is how corporations sell product to anyone born after 1979, they saw that Millennials and Gen Z are mentally immature and had to adapt.

People are not having families for a multitude of reasons now so they became the children mentally, you can see how a lot of normalfags can't be alone in their own thoughts and always have to have something going on with them or they'll just break down like a toddler in an adults body. Many also have violent power fantasies, sexual perversions and overall degenerative and immature behaviour patterns. Much of this was exposed during the COVID era when they had to be isolated for the first time in their entire lives and they ended up becoming more neurotic, stressed and short tempered to the point of assaulting eachother for stupid reasons.

Now ofc i'm not a functioning, mature person but i'm aware of all this and know i'm not normal, while normalfags will project us as the immature ones.

Been asking myself this since I turned 18, I’m 19 now yet I still act like a early teenager at times so it bothers me thinking how childish my hobbies will be once I reach my 20s or 30s even. I still watch cartoons and anime to this very day as a way to comfort myself and escape my boring mundane life. I also like to mix it up with narcotics as well to make the whole experience feel better.

I don’t know what’s in store for me in the future, but it doesn’t seem well at all.

They do this because being a high schooler was the best part of their lives and thus they hold the most nostalgia for those days.
