That's the thing with these people - Hyde is extreme example, but every single redpiller that I saw on youtube has some bullshit story about "being a loser and pulling themselves by the bootstraps" that completely falls apart if you look at it closer.

Honestly I don't even think he even "slipped up", I think that he is so dissociated from average let alone below average mens experience that he really thought that getting jobs via connections is nothing.
