My dad is a criminal defense lawyer and my mom is an MD doctor, so we are fairly well off. We have a 1 bedroom since rent here is crazy expensive but we make it work and we dont want to spend half our income on rent. I guess 1 bedroom is better than mopcloset I sleep in the bedroom on a sofa bed.

Manhattan is one of the most Chadded places for real. This is not wrong.

People are always talking about how California or LA is Chadded but most of LA is just homeless black people, short latinos, and fat white people.

Manhattan on the other hand is pretty Chadded. Also the prices on everything are insane.

Well I think the rest of New York is pretty okay to varying extents. Manhattan is just so ridiculous because it's got a limited amount of physical space (surrounded by water) so it can't expand anymore and for whatever reason historically that's where all the business center of the city developed.
