I was reading the following passage by Arthur Koestler, about the thrills of Communist intrigue, and it reminded me of the feelings of beta orbiting:

The thrill of being in touch with this secret world is considerable even for people with an adult and otherwise unromantic mentality. Still stronger is the flattering effect of being found worthy of a certain amount of trust, of being permitted to perform minor services for the harassed men who live in such constant danger.

One can modify this quote with regard to the beta orbiter and say that "Even superficial contact with a woman will make the innocent orbiter fall in love. The thrill of being in touch with a woman is considerable even for a low status male with a blackpilled or otherwise unromantic mentality. Still stronger is the flattering effect of being found worthy of a certain amount of trust, of being permitted to perform minor services for the woman who then performs sexual services for Chad."


To extend this metaphor of covert activity and beta orbiting, I think that the only way for a beta orbiter to ascend is to gain so much trust with the woman he orbits that he obtains collateral against her. He can then leverage this collateral to coerce her into sex or a relationship. Become a beta orbiting double agent theory.

First you ingratiate yourself with a woman as her "friend," and then seek to gain as much compromising material as you can against her, perhaps by pretending that you're gay and therefore a safe person to talk to about sexual matters. Or maybe you wait until she's drunk and frank in conversation (important: don't rape her until you get the confirmed collateral!!!!!)

Once you get that collateral which can ruin her life, the redpilled mentality of "just be confident and hold frame" takes over, because you have potential power over the foid at that point and simply need to transfer it into actual power.

The trick is finding a woman to befriend/target in the first place, and having patience as she tells you all about her sexual history as if you're a eunuch. There is a 100% chance of coming out of this a sadomasochist if you aren't already.

For me, the fact that I was allowed to even be seen talking to a woman felt like this massive accomplishment; when you have zero confidence or positive reinforcement from the opposite sex, this is the monstrous social feedback loop you’re stuck with when it comes to anything female.

This is why I understand people who fall for this orbiting phenomenon, because the mere fact that you’re somehow around women makes you think that you’re making progress (you’re not). Although I don’t think I was ever normal enough to be ‘graced with the status of orbiter’ by a woman, I felt exactly like this for most of my teens and early 20s. Hell, I still feel like that instinctively, but my cynicism has grown far beyond what it used to be to get caught up in those feelings anymore.

It works if you find the right target for it. This is the most important part, and since it's so complicated I've consequently dedicated so little space to writing about it. That is my mistake.

The main point is that the woman needs to consider you to be non-threatening. I used "pretending to be gay" as an example, but you can also use something like autism to your advantage. Autists are actually seen by many women as the ultimate emotional tampons; they perceive the autistic tendency to say nothing and be lost in conversation as evidence of an autist being "a good listener" and "non-judgmental."

You want that impression. And if you cultivate it, a degenerate foid may be inclined to air all her dirty laundry to you and ultimately enable you to gain leverage over her!

Obviously you need to meet a certain looks-thereshold to even be friends with a foid in the first place. This theory is meant chiefly for 4/10-6/10s imo.
