Normies hang out outside of the work/school building and seem to build friendship easily.

I tried to make friends at work, but I got bullied and ostracized.
I was viewed as low status male and treated as such, from there on I never tried again and I go home when my time's over.

I am indeed non-NT, and they could certainly smell it off hence the bullying.

As a rule, I learnt that those who are generally talkative and friendly around you are the most treacherous. Beware of those, they are snakes under the friendly human disguise.
