With NoFap it's not that you get more and more benefits the longer you go. I believe after 7 days you've experienced all the benefits, so every 7 days is healthy. Doing it for longer than 3 months must be unhealthy. I was in a NoFap SC group and these guys took ice cold baths just to get distracted from their sexual thoughts. That's taking it too far in my opinion. If you absolutely can't concentrate anymore because of horniness just rub one out. When men get horny, they become pathetic orbiters and we can prevent that from happening if we release our sexual energy. NoFap for 7 to 14 days however is perfect. You can use the sexual energy to be productive in life.
