I have a wide jaw too, I'm not able to use it to max potential since I'm not 10% bodyfat so it's O V E R for me.

OP posts a pic of a well known slayer then compares him with a fucking nobody, and provides no 'before' pictures to show what the second guys jaw looked like before.

Second guys jaw doesn't even look bad in isolation IMO, it's the long midface that is killing him. Plastic surgery is never going to be as good as something Chad was born with.

Most jaw surgery is less about creating comically wide jaws, and more about making the jawline and chin more defined. As far as I know that's typically done by changing the angle of the jawline by adding vertical length, and if appropriate horizontal length can be added too. It kinda goes without saying you don't want your jaw wider than your cheekbones, but it's more the angle that's important for definition.
