I actually asked ai today to find a video i've been looking for, for several years now, and grok managed to find it. Why was this video important to me? Because i used to fap to it, atleast 100 times. So i watched it today (it's a youtube video of a fitness foid) And it just wasn't the same thing anymore. Sure she's hot but i'd rather remain on my nofap streak than fap to her again.

The problem is habits aren't controlled by conscious thought.

For reducing the fap urge try to do a grip and vertical pump motion with something other than penis. Shredding potatoes or cheese feels similar. Filling wood too.
