Ya say America was losing its objectives in Russia, they would need to switch the narrative to another story. So they might have a bunch of stories ready to go if needed.

Gas prices are a big one because Americans get very angry any time the price of gas goes up.

One odd thing is the response time of the police. Now of course this could just be due to poor emergency management and the initial shock on a lazy afternoon in a rural area.. But their response time should have been much better than 30 minutes. The shooter was inside doing his thing for that long.

i haven't looked into it much, so i couldn't say for certain. i just default to assuming mal intent

I'm looking into it, bits and pieces when I get time. I really don't see how their response plan is outdated for active shooters. The thing is, Law Enforcement receives constant updates from emergency planning officials, constantly, and for school shooters it's a must in terms of training. So I don't know what the fuck those guys were waiting around to do instead of door breach. But no reason to go full blown conspiracy yet either.
